How it works

Become a partner – In the Hub, enter billing name, address, VAT status and IBAN, accept the terms – done. Free, cancel any time.
Share your link – Partner link, code and QR code are ready, plus texts for WhatsApp, e-mail and posts. For boxes and flyers there are single-use codes as CSV.
Earn – Every paid invoice of the referred operator earns commission – for 12 months. Paid out quarterly from €50 by credit note to your IBAN.

Active means: paying and still within the 12-month window. The tier is determined per invoice – you move up immediately, not at the end of the quarter.

Creators and influencers – You reach photographers, event or wedding professionals? Post texts and QR code are ready; commission runs for 12 months per customer.
Hardware makers and dealers – You sell enclosures, booths or accessories? Put a card with a single-use code in every box: the customer gets the free month, you get the commission – attributed automatically.

Frequently asked questions

How is a customer attributed to me?

Via your link (boothdock.cloud/register?ref=YOUR-CODE) or your code at registration. The attribution is stored when the account is created – no cookie, no tracking. First contact counts.

When and how am I paid?

Quarterly from a balance of €50 by self-billing credit note to your IBAN. Smaller balances carry over. Refunded invoices are reversed.

Do I have to be a business?

You need a BoothDock account and state your VAT status (standard, small business, EU business, outside the EU). You are responsible for taxing your income.

What does the referred operator get?

The first month free – applied automatically at checkout, no code to enter. That is why they sign up through you instead of directly.

What is not allowed?

Ads on the brand term "BoothDock", misleading promises and unsolicited advertising (spam). Promotional posts must be labelled.
